MANUFACTURE

Under much investment in Investigation and Development, our condoms are manufactured with the greatest guarantees of quality.

• The process begins when the latex buyers choose the trees from which the latex will be extracted.  From here the liquid is extracted, on average two eggcups per day, after strict quality checks, the latex is sent to the production factory.
• Using the ultimate in advanced German technology, heat-resistant moulds are implemented inside the latex, from where it covers the material.  After carrying out a ‘cooking’ process, the moulds are inserted again to obtain a deeper layer and, thereby, they are cleaned to create a thicker material at the opening of each condom.
• Subsequently, the condoms are removed from the mould and washed carefully with special ingredients, to ensure that they remain clean and smooth.
• After, the condoms are placed in the dryer, and each one is checked, so that is the effectiveness can be 100% guaranteed and products have "zero defects in every unit".  The trial period involves five phases:
• Control of the volume of explosion and of the pressure.
• Electronic rip testing.
• Seal of Integrity.
• Lubrication Quality.
• Length, width and thickness.

All our products comply with the corresponding regulation in force in all consumption territories.
